Rockit Rooom was founded by MVT Entertainment in 2005 with a single mission in mind: To help keep live music alive.
Three years later, Rockit Room has become a household name in the Bay Area as one of the premier music venues in San Francisco. Our location, 406 Clement Street, has a rich history of support for live music. In fact, since 1973, the location has hosted over 10,000 different bands/artists, including John Lee Hooker, Etta James, Otis Redding, Third Eye Blind, The Mother Hips and Train, just to name a few.
The music venue, located upstairs, has been totally renovated and offers:
- a full bar
- a lounge overlooking Clement Street
- two VIP areas
- a green room for the band
- hardwood floors throughout the venue
- a large stage with professional lighting and sound system
- male and female bathrooms
- legal capacity of 225
Thanks to the acoustics and sound proofing of the space, Rockit Room is considered, by many, to be one of the best sounding clubs in San Francisco or, perhaps, the world.
In addition, Rockit Room also provides a comfortable bar/lounge located downstairs at the street level. It's equipped with three flat screen TVs, a pool table, two large u-shaped booths, a private VIP area, and an iTunes Jukebox. The downstairs is always free admission.
We are open daily from 6pm - 2 am.
THANK YOU FOR SUPPORTING LIVE MUSIC!
